Hi,
the location/me page isn’t a search result page, it is the directory home page, showing result near you.
If a user want to search near him, he has to click on the compass and tick the near me option, share its location (the blue dot will appear showing where he is) and than click on search.
Thanks
Hi,
that can only be done with custom coding, how comfortable are you with PHP?
If you search in the forum you will find plenty of topics were we give pointers to do such things.
Thank you
There is an error with GD Booster
Error: cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization; attempted to call method...Did you try to clear GD booster cache and ultimately disable it to see if it goes away?
Let us know,
Thanks
Both things are not possible.
You can only have 1 tag field per custom post type and tags are unique to custom post types.
If you add the tag Van Gogh to both Place and Artwork one will be placetag van-gogh and the second would be artworktag van-gogh-1.
Thank you
Hi,
there is no option to export events to external calendars. If you wish to see it added, please submit your request here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
If many other members vote for it we will definitely consider it.
Thank you
Please provide a URL and admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
if you mean this page: http://monasearch.com/places/
I can see it correctly.

p.s. it appears that you are using a managed wordpress plan of some sort with integrated cache. GD isn’t fully compatible with such caching system and especially if you plan to use the multilocation add, we strongly suggest to use a server were you have full control of the system.
This custom css is the culprit:
.geodir-entry-meta { clear: both; }Not sure where you added it because it’s in the header of the website, not on a stylesheet. Could be in GD design or Whoop options.

Thank you for letting us know! 🙂
and you can get them in bulk using one of the resources mentioned here:
Adding latitude and longitude in bulk to your CSV import file
Making GD calculate all coordinates 1 by 1 would slow down import and make it almost impossible to do massive imports.
Thank you
Hi,
that function has nothing to do with what you need to do. That is used in the retrieve password option.
Can you please explain exactly what you are trying to achieve?
You want users to be redirected to a different login page instead of the GD login page?
Or you want them to be redirected to a different page after they login using the GD login?Let us know,
Thanks
Go to GeoDirectory >> Place settings (or whatever CPT that is) Double click on that file uploader custom field and where it says : Show on listing page? Select No.

August 21, 2015 at 6:57 pm in reply to: The Add Listing Page/Formatting sidebars on Add Listing page #50327Hi,
I’m sorry, but I haven’t had a reliable internet connection for the past 7 days and given that this isn’t support, but debugging custom code, I had to put it at the bottom of my to do list.
If you are in hurry, I can move the topic in the Jobs section of the forum, where there could be a developer interested to working on this (for a fee) right away for you.
Otherwise we’ll need to wait until my internet provider wakes up (hopefully today).
Debugging with 20 seconds page loading time is not an option.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Martin,
by doing a CTRL click on it I was able to remove the highlight and save. The category part was back to normal, is it broken again for you?
You can see if it is, because in any place edit screen, there is no way to select a category.
If it isn’t and you now export all listings (with post IDs) and re-import it with the option to update listings, it should fix everything.
Let us know,
That was easy, thanks for letting us know! 🙂
