Hi,
ajax calls that generate map are retuning a 500 internal server error:
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://hangoutflavours.com/ajax.php?action=geodir_ajax_action&geodir_ajax=map_ajax&ajax_action=cat&cat_id=20,31,21,23,22&search=&gd_posttype=gd_place”
That is normally due to an error in server configuration. COuld be that your server has a tight limit for URL lenght for exampple.
Your server admin should be able to fix this.

Thanks
FTP users still can’t write file. They are owned by another root user. Either you CHOWN all files to us, or you’d need to provide credentials of the original user.
The file is in wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/taxonomy_functions.php
I’ll set this as resolved, as I’ve tested the patch on another members website and I can confirm that it fixes the problem.

Thanks
Hi,
this in GeoDirectory >> deisgn >> scripts >> css
.geodir_category_list_view li .geodir-addinfo { float: left; width: 43%; }Should do it.
Let us know,
Thanks
p.s. it will move the pinpoint too, all elements are within the same div.
Not that exactly… 🙂
I’ll set this as resolved.
Thanks
Hi Mambo,
that is the geodirectory po file.
Did you know that you can search for strings with poedit?
Just open a file, click CTRL+F and search All Places in.

If in the listing page, you have the GD > GMap Listings page widget and you hover the pinpoint link on any of your listings, the icon will start bouncing in the map. If you click the pinpoint link the info windown in the map for that listing will open up.
try here: http://wptry.it/try-geodirectory/places/
Are you sure it is doing nothing? Do you have the map?

p.s. please add images as attachements in the future rather than http links. Our pages are under ssl (https) and adding http elements in them isn’t a good idea.
Thx

Hi,
those are warning and should be visible only with debug mode on. A recent version of PHP turned them on by default.
Please try this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/
If it doesn’t work, please provide url and admin credentials in a private reply and we will look into it.
Thanks
Hi,
this isn’t in the plan, nor anyone ever requested it here in the past: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/

August 7, 2015 at 8:56 pm in reply to: Map Pop-Up Still showing Address when address set to hide #48590HI,
this isn’t a bug, the option says show in sidebar or not, not in the maps. In maps it shows the address by default.
However you can hide it with css.
Add this to GeoDirectory >> design >> scripts >> custom css
.geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_address { display: none; }Thanks
Hi,
as far as I know it isn’t. That is appearing only in the location/me page and it’s pointing to user location. Users can drag it in case the location provided automatically it isn’t correct or if they want to search around another particular location.
I’ll ask to Stiofan if there is a hook to remove it or hide it, but I doubt it.
We’ll let you know,
Thanks
