our developers did some test on your website, but they couldn’t find the source of the problem having only wp admin credentials.
We also tried to recreate the problem is our tests and we were not succesfull. We believe there is a conflict with one of your plugins or server settings.
The only way for us to debug it is to have both FTP and phpmyadmin/cpanel access.

For some reason whenever I try to edit the event from the back end, it is saved as non recurring. I’ve ask to the developers to have a look at your problem directly.

I told you how to fix it via FTP. Just remove the custom code you added.
You shouldn’t be trying to add custom code blindly without knowing what to do.

If you want the plugin to do things that it doesn’t do or look differently from how it looks, we can point you in the right direction, but you shouldn’t be expecting us or our moderators to do the work for you.

Moderating listings after Editing would create 404 pages for google, while the page is in moderation, penalizing SEO rankings.
Definitely not a good practice and not something we are willing to consider.

you should be able to alter that filter from GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility >> Other Filters
They are the 2nd and 3rd:
– geodir_before_widget
– geodir_after_widgetYou need to modified them both.
Adding:
<!-- removed -->Will remove all that html.

Have you checked your spam folder?
I’ve just tested on our demo and it seems to work and I don’t see any plugin on your install that could create a conflict.
In case they are not in your spam folder can you ask to your server admin for your mailserver logs?
In case Stiofan would also need your FTP credentials.
