Hi,
I see what you mean, I asked the developers to follow up.
Thanks
Actually, it should be done now and I see your license, you still don’t see it?
4 and 6 months subscriptions were done last night, for the 12 months subscription it is still running.
That said, you don’t need the license at the moment and you won’t need it till there are new updates.
Thanks
not today, but from next version, it will be possible using tags.
You’ll be able to assign a unique tag to each listing and or events and create a map filtered by that tag.
Thanks
p.s. please open new topics for further questions.
Hi,
I asked the developers to check if it is something that we can prevent on our side, but I doubt it.
The plugin causing the problem should be fixed to make sure it doesn’t break other plugins.
We’ll let you know our findings asap.
Thanks
Hi,
This is not possible without a customization.
Thanks
credentials appear to be correct, the error Kira was getting was a time out though…
I was able to enter now, Kiran will follow up after the week end.
Thanks for your patience
Hi,
the link to business field needed to be enabled for the free package.
Thanks
Hi,
we don’t use the plugin to add font awesome to GD and it will not work that way.
We will update FA soon on our plugin too.
Thanks for your patience.
there can’t be 2 identical slugs in the DB, WP assigns the -1 automatically. Not sure what happened there…
But I’m glad it’s fixed.Thanks
Hi Johann,
they are in the po file:
https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/blob/master/languages/geodirectory-en_US.po#L10026
Make sure you are using the latest version of the po file and merge it with your existing translation.
Let me know if that was the problem.
Thanks
It looks like you have some strange redirect going on there…
This works : https://venuemaps.net/listings/mississippi/
This redirects to a listing titled Tupelo in San Francisco
https://venuemaps.net/listings/mississippi/tupelo/The fact that there is a listing called Tupelo and a location Tupelo and none of the slugs as -1 next to it, maybe what’s causing the weird redirects.
Did you do anything to remove the -1 next to the slugs?
Let us know
HI Jürgen,
I see this error when loading that page:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ;
and this when I click the button to add the dummy data.
Uncaught ReferenceError: gdInstallDummyData is not defined at HTMLInputElement.onclick (admin.php?page=gd-settings&tab=general§ion=dummy_data:430)
the developers are checking where the error is from and will let us know.
Thank you
You need to create a network: https://wordpress.org/support/article/create-a-network/
Using the Sub-directories option.
Make sure to activate GeoDirectory and its add-ons for each individual site.
Do NOT network activate it or it won’t work correctly.
That’s it.
Thanks
Not true, Yelp doesn’t use the structure you mention. It uses search URLs with variables.
https://www.yelp.com/search?cflt=restaurants&find_loc=Guadalajara%2C+Jalisco%2C+Mexico
https://www.yelp.com/search?cflt=plumbing&find_loc=San%20Francisco%2C%20CA%2C%20United%20States
The only way you could use the city as the second part of the URL is using WordPress multisite
site.com as the landing page
site.com/city1 as a subsite
site.com/city2 as a subsite…and so on
Users would be shared between all sites.
thanks
