1st of all let me apologize for the big delay in replying to you. The notification about your last reply never went through and we noticed the issue only today.
I’ve added you menu “Primary Navigation” to both Primary Navigation menu and
Secondary Navigation Menu and it seems to be working, now the menu appears in both the Header and Footer.Let me know if I misunderstood your problem.

Not whatever is telling you that unreliable service, which is probably showing you a cached page.

I’ve had a look at your website I think that the travel theme wasn’t made to use the top section at all, but only the sidebar for the listings map.
Are you sure you aren’t confusing with another theme?

I’ve fixed the second problem of listings grids not showing correctly.
Let us know if we can set this as fixed.
We built GD to be compatible with SEO plugin by Yoast. We can’t guarantee it will work fine with all SEO plugins.

In case United States was your default country.
This : Please choose any address of the () country only
Should be : Please choose any address of the (United States) country only
The fact that there is nothing between the parenthesis, would suggest an error in multilocation settings.
Please provide a URL and wp admin credentials in a private reply (only moderators can read) and we will have a look at your settings.
