in that case, as i suspected, the problem isn’t GeoDirectory, but a server configuration issue with WordPress.
You could try solving with a SMTP plugin, in the forum we discussed this in the past with other members and you can search in the forum for suggestions.
However this support ticket should be forwarded to your hosting provider, because he should be fixing it for you.

1) no, each custom post type has it’s own custom fields
2) with custom code everything is possible. However this is a customization that would require days of work.

this is because the home and location template have been split.
I’ve fixed adding :
remove_action( 'geodir_location_before_main_content', 'geodir_breadcrumb', 20 );In your child theme functions.php file.

this is due to the listing page excerpt limit being based on words, while for the widget it is based on characters.
Having the widget based on words can lead to very inconsistent look.
I’ll flag this for developers to see if there is an alternative solution.
