Of coursed they can track that with Google Analytics from their website.

The correct URL must have the region. The settings to remove the region that you enabled is for listing detail page only. Not for archives.

I don’t know where the broken link checker is finding those links because they are nowhere to be found.

I’m sorry but currently it is not possible to split the category field in more than 1 select field.

What you can do is use it in the advance search window instead and use checkbox.
