Categories shouldn’t be used for locations. The system will not allowyou to add listings in any place other than the default location unless you install this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/

And it uses custom fields as locations not categories.

you are using a Genesis theme, not a GD theme. None of those options will work on a non GD theme.

You need to either use Genesis settings, but I don’t think it has sidebar width settings, or using css.

If you provide admin credentials, we’ll have a look for you and point you in the right direction.

GeoDirectory doesn’t handle user profile editing.

You’ll need to install an extra plugin for that. We created UsersWP for example and the GD integration is included for GeoDirectory members.
