that page uses a GeoDirectory template, not a Genesis template.
The only way to make it full width is via CSS.
If you provide admin credentials so that I can inspect the page I’ll let you know.

looks like a new plugin is adding wrong validation. Did you recently added any new plugin? Does the problem persist if you momentarily disable all non GD plugins?

which editor do you mean? If you mean the theme file editor, yes, but be careful because any error in the code made through the editor, will lock you out of the dashboard.
It’s always better to work via FTP/SSH.
