Hi,
to know how we deal with support, you must read the support policy that you acepted when signing up: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
It’s clearly stated that we exclusively provide support via the forum and not via email, social networks or telephone.
The noreply address is the only way we have to let you know if you avoided reading our policies.
The developers will look into your problem asap and they’ll let you know after the week end.
Thanks
Hi,
It is not. Only admins and listing owners can.
Thanks

July 29, 2017 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Wanting the Supreme top search area to look like the demo #388978Hi,
that’s because the GD Home page MUST be used only as home page. The directory home page if used as an internal page is the location page, not the GD home:

July 28, 2017 at 9:44 pm in reply to: Wanting the Supreme top search area to look like the demo #388919Nope, I’m still locked out. I used the form to ask for a unlock email now, did you see it? Do you have to do something? I’m sorry, but I never used WordFence so I don’t know how it works.
Hi,
I asked to the developers to check your request and let us know, presumably, you’ll have to create the 2 extra payment gateway: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/creating-a-payment-gateway/
Please next time post in the Invoicing support forum for questions related to payments. https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
Thanks
Giri is off for the night now, but he’ll be back tomorrow.
He’ll let you know after coming back online.
Thanks for your patience,
July 28, 2017 at 9:35 pm in reply to: Wanting the Supreme top search area to look like the demo #388915TBH it’s not too difficult what he did, but you must be at least a little confident in checking a debug log and using developer tools to inspect html/css elements.
All you need to do is take the entire content of supreme/inc/geodirectory-compatibility.php and copy it inside functions.php of a Kleo Child theme. Save and test if it throws any error start debugging. You’ll probably need to get rid of few functions and edit few more, but I think that can be done quite easily.
Once all page works fine, you’ll need to start copying css to style things on Kleo, like Supreme.
I’m in Mexico and if you need my IP to unlock me, here it is: 187.178.189.81
Thanks
Hi Daren,
to make sure you get more replies, I’d suggest to post this also in sites like https://codeable.io and https://upwork.com
Just FYI, I haven’t seen a lot of full stack developers around here lately.
Thanks
I believe it should be possible with Widget logic, but we need a conditional tag for location and I’m not sure about that…
I asked to the developers to let us know what they think about it…
Thanks
July 28, 2017 at 9:25 pm in reply to: Wanting the Supreme top search area to look like the demo #388911Hi Andrew,
I got invalid username password 3 times and ended up with this:
You are temporarily locked out
You have been temporarily locked out of this system. This means that you will not be able to sign-in or use several other features that may compromise security. Please try back in a short while
Could you please check and let me know?
Thanks
p.s. he developed that by himself, he says he has minimal development skills, but he’s obviously a very modest man…
Hi,
did you have a look at the docs? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/
Thanks
Hi,
That means that you need a google maps API key. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
Let us know,
Thanks
