Hi,
when purchasing the original membership, you didn’t authorized your credit card to be used for recurring payments and that is mandatory for a subscription.
We cannot change that without you authorizing the recurring payment while processing the payment.
You will need to buy a new membership and chose the recurring option: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership/
You can use the 20% coupon code that you find on this page to https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/geodirectory-discounts-and-coupon-codes/ to maintain a price that is only slightly higher than your original membership.
Thanks
Hi Pierre,
Knysna wasn’t between the authorized selected cities in GeoDirectory >> MultiLocations >> City >> Enable Selected City. it was the only one missing.
Thanks
Hi,
sorry about that, but by design Supreme doesn’t provide a sidebar in the archive pages. We would add a similar option only if a vast majority of users would request it, which is not the case.
Thanks
Hi,
The search within the map is just to locate pins within the map for listings that you know the title.
It’s an extra option, not the main search option, which is the GD search widget.
If you think it is not useful, you can hide that form with css.
Thanks
May 17, 2017 at 5:00 pm in reply to: Rename file upload link to include part of the filename, before the extension? #378828Hi again,
Got you now, I’m not 100% sure it’s feasible, but with the right code it should.
I asked to Stiofan to let us know what he thinks, he didn’t reply today because he’s traveling, but he’ll let you know tomorrow 1st thing.
Thanks
Hi,
unfortunately Stiofan is traveling today and won’t be able to follow up, but he’ll reply tomorrow 1st thing.
Thanks for your patience,
Link and admin credentials please?
Hi,
you just need to make the map a little taller. I can see the pin and in addition it opens the infowindow with the address written in it.
As I said, this has worked like this since the beginning and nobody ever raised this, so yes I think there is no problem at all.
I’m sorry.
Stiofan is travelling today, he’ll reply tomorrow 1st thing. Sorry about the inconvenience and thanks for your patience,
Stiofan has been alerted and he’ll let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
the infowindow height can’t be overwritten. You can hide the elements in it with this css:
.map_category, .geodir-bubble-meta-bottom, .geodir-bubble-meta-side, .geodir-bubble-meta-fade { display: none; }It will also hide the map categories. The title field in it is a search form that works by searching the title of any of the listings.
Thanks
Hi,
you don’t need a plugin, from the back end you can do it as admin. You need to change the role of the new listing owner to “author”, edit the listing and down at the bottom change the author field to assign the listing to the new owner.
If the author field isn’t appearing, click the screen option tab in the top right corner and enable “author”.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks

Please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
We’ll just verify what is preventing the plugin to do it’s thing. If you want, give us access to the staging site, it must be identical though.
Let us know,
Thanks
