I think there was a glitch in our system for your license.
Let me know if now you can activate it.
Thanks
May 16, 2017 at 9:14 pm in reply to: Rename file upload link to include part of the filename, before the extension? #378687Hi Louis,
I’m really sorry, but I’m not sure I understand the question. Can you please clarify?
In the mean time i flagged your question for the developers, maybe they’ll better understand your question and reply.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I asked to the developers to have a look at your question and point you in the right direction, however expect a complex customization.
Thanks
Hi,
our plugin works without SSL, however if you want to take advantage of GeoLocation (which is only an option), all browsers now require that you encrypt the data sent by the user, because without a SSL certificate, anyone could sniff that data and that would be a very high security issue, because it would provide physical location of the website users to anyone.
So it is not to use our plugin, but to use GeoLocation over the internet.
Thank you,
p.s. if you know how to install it, https://letsencrypt.org/ provides free ssl certificates
Hi,
you have a very old Location manager installed too.
Please udpate them via FTP or using this plugin and let us know if that was the issue:

Thank you
May 16, 2017 at 6:16 pm in reply to: How hide website url in user buddy profile? Due to spam #378671Please ask for support in BuddyPress forums for BuddyPress related questions.
The bp integration has nothing to do with profile fields.
ThanksHi,
I just double checked your plugin and there are several outdated:
You can check the version numbers here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/tkh2015/
Location manager current version is 1.5.40, you have version 1.4.3 installed.
Buddypress Integration 1.1.2 installed vs 1.1.7 current
Custom post types 1.3.2 installed vs 1.3.4 currentand I haven’t checked further…
Please update them all, possibly via FTP, because the location manager is so old that you won’t be able to update it any other way.
Remember after updating to install WP Easy Updates and make sure you have license keys activated for all add-ons so not to miss future updates.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
please provide admin credentials and we will have a look at your settings.
Thanks
Hi,
there is no optimum/maximum number of categories for a listing, in my opinion the simpler the better, so if you have a limited, non confusing number of categories, it’s better, but that’s just my opinion.
The map performance is mainly affected by the total number of pins to be loaded and only partially by the number of categories used.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m sorry about that, but that file hasn’t been changed in the last 2 months and no other member reported this problem:
https://github.com/GeoDirectory/geodirectory/blob/master/geodirectory-functions/helper_functions.php
It looks like the update didn’t complete correctly and the file got truncated, I’d try to reupload GeoDirectory latest version (to make sure it works fine I’d do it via FTP)
I’m getting this error when trying to access your website:
Invalid email address. Lost your password?
It would be better if you could provide ftp credentials too in case we need to overwrite any file.
Let us know,
Thanks

I’ll ask to Stiofan to help me fix that.
I’ve changed the URL.
Thanks
Just FYI, you should never disable GeoDirectory, unless you 1st disable all the add-ons.
Why are you disabling the core plugin though?
Let us know,
Thanks
you are welcome 🙂
