May 15, 2017 at 7:24 pm in reply to: Sort options for past events using the shortcode gd_event_listing #378457Hi,
I tried to login with the credentials provided and they are not working.
However, it looks like you are not giving it the time to reload after switching back the price to featured and click the publish button too fast.
Please try again, but let it load the form again after switching the price.
Or provide correct credentials and we will check for you.
Thanks
Thanks, the problem was due to Añadir ubicación en URLs in GeoDirectory >> permalinks, being disabled. Please check it now.
Thanks
Please keep it that way until developers let us know about the resolution of the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide admin credentials and we will check your settings.
Thanks
If they haven’t edited their listing during the several months they left it downgraded, they won’t have to re-input anything, after they upgrade the hidden information will be available again.
Hope it’s clearer now.
Thanks
Please add this to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS:
.geodir_category_list_view li.geodir-gridview .geodir-content .geodir-entry-content { display: block; } .geodir-entry-meta .geodir-addinfo { display: none; }Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Tags cannot be chosen, you can only add them comma separated in the tags field and if the tag doesn’t exist it gets created.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t think there is, but I asked to the devs for confirmation.
They’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
please review the documentation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Your file is not properly formatted, you are using semicolon as separator instead of commas (CSV = comma separated values, not semicolon).
See images attached and this link for a tutorial to fix that: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/bulk-csv-importer-now-working/#post-131913
Please NEVER post on other members tickets even if you think the problem is similar, always open your own tickets. (it’s even written in the form…)
Thanks
Please provide admin credentials for both and we will have a look.
Thanks
hi,
I guess you are using a shared hosting plan. If that’s the case the 1st thing to do is to upgrade to a decent VPS or cloud server.
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/
Also it may depends on too many plugins installed, but upgrading the server should solve most of your problems.
Thanks
Hi,
it would require custom code, I would say the import tool is your best option here.
Thanks
