Yes, that is correct.
Hi,
you have extremely old payment and location manager (over 1 year old.)
THey are using a very old update script that no longer exist on our server, you’ll need to update them manually via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/.
Let us know how ti goes,
Thanks
Please read my previous reply.
If you’d have searched the forum for : Call to undefined function get_tax_meta
You’d have find several other topics about this https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=Call+to+undefined+function+get_tax_meta
Also we always strongly advise not to update only the core plugin, but to update all the add-ons too all the time.
Please keep it in mind for the future.
Thanks

that happens when an out dated location manager is running with the latest core GeoDirectory plugin.
Please update the location manager and the problem will go away.
Thanks
Hi,
the free plugin allows to create a single city directory only.
You need the location manager add-on to add 1 or more cities to the default location: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thank you
Hi,
did you add the GD navigation to the main menu? Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation
Yes to create a region you must add a listing or add a city within the region via add/edit location.
Thanks
Please provide admin credentials, there must be some custom css causing this.
The fatal error is most likely due to add-ons not updated running on latest core plugin…
Let us know though.
Thanks
May 1, 2017 at 9:31 pm in reply to: GD Home Top Section Popular Post Categories – Alphabetize #376447HI,
that widget is called popular post category because it sorts categories by the number of posts in each category.
There is no way to sort it alphabetically.
Thanks
Hi,
that will require that you either install the Supreme Child theme instead of your current theme, or you back engineer the changes made to supreme directory to get that layout and apply it to the theme used.
Severe lines of code are needed to achieve that.
You can use custom fields to do so, please have a look at documentation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/
Let us know how it goes,
Thank you,
Hi,
the free plugin allows to create a single city directory. If you wish to build a directory with more than one location, you ‘ll need the location manager add-on.
To get lat and lon in batches please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#resources
The last option: https://www.doogal.co.uk/BatchGeocoding.php will do what you need.
Thanks
Hi,
