    HI,

    when you switch theme on WordPress, options (menus included) and widgets are theme dependent.

    You’ll need to go to Appearance > menu make sure to create a menu for Starter too and in Design >> Navigation, make sure to select it.

    There is almost nothing that can’t be done with code customization. You can ask a developer to take the code for the current widget and make a plugin with your new customized widget so to avoid tempering the plugin code directly.

    When visiting a location, if you click on a tag you will see all listings with that tag in that location only. Same for categories.

    Simply clicking on a tag does not clear the location setting.

    Hi GeoDirectory doesn’t include any code that would cause that. Normally that’s caused by server configuration, not by the application.

    Safest thing would be to disable all plugins to check if the problem goes away or not, if it doesn’t, insist with the hosting provider.

    Hi,

    if you are getting that error, it means that you haven’t updated all Add-ons.

    There is nothing you need to edit in the code…

    If you provide a link and admin credentials we will tell you which add-ons still need updating.

    that would require a customization.

    We only add new features if they are requested by a large number of our members.

    This is the 1st time something similar comes up. If you add a feature request here and many others will vote for that we’ll definitely consider it.
