it is not, the auto zoom is set to include all markers on your map automatically.
When adding a +1 to your current auto zoom, several markers are hidden.
The only way to do what you want is to avoid using auto zoom and set your preferred manual zoom.

the plugin has been built to be compatible with any theme. Sometimes few tweaks in GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility are necessary, the only way to know is to test it with the desired theme.

The best way to do this would be to link 2 CPTs using the back end forms and then export to see if the CSV includes the relationship.

the tagline appears only if no logo is uplaoded, that’s how 99.9% of WordPress Themes work.
