you can’t access the forum for the payment manager because your subscription is expired.

You’ll have to renew before being able to get support again. Probably you just need to update the plugin.

Our plugin works fine for +10k websites, you just need to install it on a server that has the minimum requirements.

It wasn’t our intention to break the the dashboard, we simply removed the file that allowed for automatic updates on our side without considering the possible consequence.

Maps don’t work without map icons, if you don’t want a different icon for each sub category you must add the same icon of the parent category to all sub categories too.

Hi,

category icons are mandatory, there is no way to avoid that validation from the backend. Only via CSV you can upload categories without icons.

The -1 means there is a category or tag with the same slug somewhere else in your database.

The only way to avoid that is to find the duplicates and delete them.
