We are, see the image attached. Do you see any problem? If yes please describe because I’m not sure what we should be looking at.
Thanks,
p.s. That’s with Brave, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
What browser are you using? Did you clear the browser cache to see if some old CSS is still cached?
see image attached, if that CSS is disabled, the Map appears where it should.
Thanks
yes that css appears to be the problem, GeoDirectory isn’t adding anything inline for that map, did you try to remove it?
Hi Julie,
each custom post type (events included) have their own unique URL for the add listing page.
Examples:
https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_eventThe only difference being the last variable: gd_place vs gd_event.
You can find the link to add listing pages in Appearance > menu under GD endpoints.
Let me know how it goes.
As far as your membership goes, I see your renewal made in August, but for some reason you appear as free user in the forum. I see you have another user and that may be the cause of the issue, but only Stiofan will be able to clarify that and he’s off for the weekend.
He’ll fix your account 1st thing on Monday.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi,
I see custom CSS to hide the map, if you remove that CSS the map looks fine.
This is the custom CSS:
.tribe-events-meta-group.tribe-events-meta-group-gmap div { display: none!important; }
Appears to be added via Divi customizer.
If the map is not supposed to be there, please be more specific about the issue and answer the following questions.
Where do you expect the map to be?
What happen if you disable GeoDirectory?Let us know.
Thanks

Telepathically send good karma back works for us just like the thank you note doesn’t bother us at all.
Next support forum UI will have a [Resolved, Thank You!] button for the OP to close the ticket.
Thanks
September 10, 2019 at 6:59 pm in reply to: Still getting spam users registering WITH captcha #507456ReCAPTCHA seems to be working fine. There are bots though, that uses humans to solve captchas. I remember using one in 2010 that used click factories in Bangladesh to solve all the captcha that the software was encountering.
Something you could try is Cloudflare. They are pretty good at blocking spam traffic. Or you could block IPs from Equatorial Guinea.
Let us know.
Thanks

This reply has been marked as private. Is WP All Import installed and active? If not, that’d be the problem.
Let us know.
Change parameter of the shortcode:
from: output=”form”
to: output=”button”th option to set this in the shortcode builder is under advanced settings.
But normally button is selected by default.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Hi,
how did you add the claim button? You need to add it with the GD > Ninja Form block or shortcode.
If that’s what you used, please provide admin credentials too and we will have a look.
Thanks
