Hi,
What field can’t you delete?
Normally, if the X is grey, it’s a predefined field, custom fields have the red cross and can be deleted.

Hi,
It seems like you have comments disabled for everything, GeoDirectory uses comments as reviews.
The only way to tell for sure if that’s the problem, would be to check on your website backend. If you provide admin credentials we will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it would take too long to fetch lat and lon during import. It would be a viable solution only if you had to import a hands full of listings.
Most of our members import thousands and sometimes millions of listings, so it wouldn’t work for them.
The situation would become worst, if you entered any wrong address, the system would either time out or import few or a lot of listings in the wrong positions.
There are services that allow you to get lat and lon coordinates in bulk and those allow you to correct any mistake BEFORE importing.
To avoid the surprise, you just needed to read our documentation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Thanks

Hi,
replace the lat and lon coordinates that you entered with a 0 (zero) and save. Next click the set city on map button and that will fetch the coordinates in the right format and that will fix the map.
See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-location/ ( There is no need to enter the latitude or longitude. )
Thanks
