if the email log plugin is logging the notification has being sent, it means wp_mail (WordPress) is working, but the mail server is not sending them as it should.

Normally adding a SMTP plugin is enough, but if it’s not, the only person that can help you out is your hosting support.

There is really nothing we can do on our side.

the map is not working because you must create at least 1 place category and assign at least 1 category to each listings.

To create categories you go to Places > Place Categories.

Then edit your listings and add the categories where requested.
