Yes, 1st you must update the core plugin, than all the add-ons.

The only thing that may have caused that is that GeoDirectory was disabled (because was updating) while the list manager was already running.
1st you should update the core plugin, next all add-ons. You should never disable a plugin before updating it in case you are doing that.
Now I renamed all the folder, activated the core plugin 1st and AFTER all add-ons together and your website works as it should.

normally that ahppens when another plugin is hijacking your search queries. We know 2 plugin that do that for sure, theme my login and Buddypress global search.
If that’s not the case, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will check.

looks like there is a script that is causing that, but i can’t find it. Did you try disabling all non GD plugin for a second just to test if the problem comes from one of them?

if you want to avoid all these troubles, the easiest way is to do as we recommend in our documentation, which is uploading images via FTP or cPanel.
If you do it that way (it is also faster) you won’t have to deal with attaching images nor duplicates.

fields can be removed by limiting available fields per price.
If instead you want to make the field smaller, it can be done via CSS.
We’d need your admin credentials to be able to see the form and help you with that.
For the second question, I doubt that is a GeoDirectory widget. Looks like something custom.
With credentials I’ll be able to confirm or tell you more.

Hi,
GeoDirectory is doing what it is supposed to do, currently you have the GD links selected to appear in secondary menu and footer menu and it is showing the links in both.
How do you select a menu to appear in that gray bar? If the answer is with Divi options, then you’ll have to ask for support to the guys at elegantthemes.com
