Hi,
yes please provide admin credentials and we will check.
ThanksFebruary 9, 2017 at 7:53 pm in reply to: Advanced Search looks different when logged in or out #358495Hi,
the only possible reason for this is a caching system serving a cached page to non logged in users.
If the hosting has caching built in, make sure it is disabled for that page (or better move to a hosting without caching built in.)
If the hosting has nothing to do, make sure you are using either GD Booster or WP Super Cache as caching system. Anything else is non compatible.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
Well I don’t understand why I can’t get access to the places/events etc from the frontend.
the link to edit listings for the business owner by default is on the sidebar, that you removed. You need to add it back just like the Claim listing link as been added back.
My dashboard only gives the option to add listings and events and special offers but no option to amend.
That’s because in GeoDirectory > Design > Navigation >> Show listing link in user dashboard, you have nothing selected.
And now another problem – claim listing was working yesterday – now timing out and sticking. (see attachment)
Today we release updated versions of all plugins. Please update everything and if the problem is still present we’ll have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
you must add them as instructed here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Thanks
Hi,
none of your licenses was active for that website, they were all activated for a staging website only.
I just did it for you and finally update all plugin (non of them was updated, not even the core plugin)
I don’t think that is caused by the update (it was not done), it must be some option from Avada.
I alerted Stiofan again.
Thanks
Stiofan explains very well why it works like that here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/no-sorting-for-search-results/#post-351270
Thanks
hi,
tes the default sorting set there is also use as default sorting method for search if no search criteria is input by the user.
If the user input any search criteria (keyword, location, etc), sorting will be done by relevancy with the user’s input (like every Directory)
Thanks
Please download the ZIP file and update it using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Let us know how it goes,
Please no more French on the forum. You can use a translator if you prefer (that is what we do to understand you anyway…)
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Update latest version of GeoDirectory or create a Google Analytics account and it will go away.
Thanks
Please provide an address that is causing error and we will check.
Presumably it is outside of the city boundaries according to Google Maps.
ThanksNext release of Supreme/GD that are already available.
Thanks
Hi Scott,
at the moment you only have the Drinks CPT slected in “Show listings in BuddyPress dashboard” so at the moment you can only see favorites for that custom post type.
You need to select all CPTs if you want that option to work properly.
Thanks
What do you need to do?
Hi Sieko,
it appeared that you bought a new license instead of renewing your existing license. All you have to do is deactivate the old license keys in “GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing” and activate the new license keys.
The Google Analytics problem is caused by connecting a Google Account that doesn’t have Google Analytics account created for it. Just create a Google Analytics account while logged in with your Google Account and the problem will be solved.
Today we released new version of all plugins. Please update them all and if you still have problems we will look into them.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
p.s. please next time open your own topic and avoid posting in someone else’s resolved topic.
