Hi,

you should never encounter a server/connection error. Once you solve that, the problem will disappear.

Check with your hosting provider why you are getting such errors.

GeoDirectory doesn’t crop images. The thumbnails use the “cover” background-size CSS rule. If you change that to contain, it will show it all, but could leave blank spaces depending on the picture format.

Hi,

this is really strange, it is happening only to you as far as we know and I apologize for it.

Stiofan is already checking and unfortunately this could take awhile to fix because we can’t recreate it with any of our test users. (max tomorrow anyway)

If you let me know which add-ons you wanted to download, I’ll pass you the Zip files here.

Hi Giri,

Stiofan and I agree, please remove the option from Whoop and make it an add-on. (we’ll include the add-on for updates to whoever purchased the theme individually).

Would be good to also extend it to work as a Check In add-on for other custom post types.

Hi,

the link to claim is in the sidebar, if you removed the sidebar, you’ll have to add the claim listing link somewhere else using a hook.

Hi,

your server is currently not using that folder for sessions, it is using this:

/var/lib/php-cgi/session/ (that apparently doesn’t even exist on your install)

Please ask to your server admin to fix your server configuration.

However we don’t have an example that will work only for 1 CPT.

That’s considered a customization and you’ll need to hire a developer to help you out in case you don’t know how to modify that code.

That’s not possible, the GD Listings map will only show the listings that are appearing on the list too.
