That’s the autozoom, it is not affected by the zoomlevel if you change it. If that’s how it present it, it is because zooming in once more would cut one of the markers.

Hi,
the only way the region is not asked in the add listing form, is if your directory only covers 1 region.
If you need more than 1 region, it is not possible to remove the region field from the add listing form.

Either you install a maintenance/coming soon plugin or you setup a staging server.
It’s very difficult to debug a live website without interrupting the service at least temporarily.

that’s some CSS conflict with the theme CSS or another plugin. We’d need to inspect the page to tell you more. My current IP address is 187.178.189.81 but it is dynamic and it could change.

That can only happen if you have the Advance Search add-on installed and GeoLocation enabled. However the redirect will happen only if authorized by the user.
Browser GeoLocation services don’t allow to grab the user position without his/her consent.
