Hi,
the po file you added is not the po file for the Whoop theme. That’s for the GeoDirectory plugin only.
You need to download this: themes/yourdomain/languages/en_US.po
Translate it like you did with the plugin translation file via poedit, save it to generate the al_AL.mo file to upload into the languages folder for the child theme.
Let me know if this is clearer.
Thanks

Hi,
the images are missing: http://yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/ailment-icon.png
They must have been deleted from either the media library or directly via FTP or cPanel.
Please go to Places >> Place categories and add the back.
Thanks
Hi,
is your server using a built in caching system or are you using a caching plugin other than GD Booster?
Please provide admin credentials and we will have a look.

October 31, 2016 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Get directions does not work on sub-categories of CPT's #295333Hi,
there is no option to add the get direction link in the listings page, so you must have used custom code.
Please review it or have it reviewed as this is beyond support.
Thanks

Hi,
you entered the lat and lon coordinates in the wrong format. They should be decimal numbers and you should let the application calculate them by clicking the set address on map button.
Also the region name is not correct.
Now the only thing you can do is add a 0 (zero) as both lat and lon and save.
Then remove the region, leave only the city name and click set address on map and save again.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
it looks correct and yes it should go into functions.php
Let us know,Thanks
Hi,
The link to the “updates” page on WordPress is below the Dashboard menu.
See image attached.
Themes are at the bottom of the page.
Thanks
If you are using the Directory in the home page, the location page is only needed if you have the location manager installed.
If you are not using GeoDirectory in the home page, the location page is needed.
Thanks
