    hi,

    you can make that theme compatible pretty easily, just go to GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility, select “Custom” where it asks Select Theme Compatibility Pack.

    After this add “container” (no double quotes) in the class field of the hook geodir_wrapper_open (1st at the top of the page).

    That should instruct GD to use the same class your theme uses for all other pages as wrapper and adapt the content to the theme templates.

    Hi,

    the canonical URL for the link with the sort_by var is:

    I believe this is due to a problem with Sessions, because I can’t recreate it in any of our demos.

    I asked to the developers to follow up, I’m sure they’ll need admin credentials.

    hi,

    if you have the Location Manager installed, the address field becomes an autocompleter.

    If they start typing an address, zip code or location name and they select the correct result, everything else will be automatically filled.

    Adding just the zip code in the zip code field and leaving the other field empty is not an option.

    Hi,

    it is impossible for us to debug anything remotely. The Google Maps API can give few problems when working in a localhost so that could be the cause of failed imports.

    IF you turn on debug in wp-config.php, it will log any import error in your error log.

    If you don’t move to a live server, it will be almost impossible for us to assist.

    Hi,

    the CPT selector only appear when you are not visiting a CPT (hoem or custom non gd pages). When you are browsing a CPT archive it only shows related categories.

    For the formatting please add this custom css:

    Hi,

    there is only one option about this in GD and it is in GD > General > Allow user to see wp-admin area.

    If this is set to no, only admin can. If it is set to yes, all users can.

    Hi,

    I agree that adding a link to the directory in the home page would probably help.

    Did you see this article on how to solve block resources? https://kb.yoast.com/kb/fix-blocked-resources-google-search-console/

    However it appears that only 1 page of your website is affected by that blocked resource, so I don’t think the drop in indexed pages is related.

    There are plenty of reasons why Google may choose to drop pages from their index. This is what I’d do:

    – Make sure you don’t have short/duplicate titles and descriptions. A lot of our forum topics aren’t indexed because of this.

    – Check to make sure the content on those pages isn’t duplicated somewhere else on the Web.

    – Check canonical links are correct for pages that are dropped.

    – Make sure the sitemap currently on the site matches the one you submitted to Webmasters-

    – Make sure the quality of the pages is worth indexing.

    – Did your traffic take a hit? If it is not substantial it is possible that it is de-indexing pages with very low traffic.

    – Can you check if any of those pages is receiving spammy backlinks?
