the easy theme and plugin upgrade allows to upload a theme or plugin, like you were installing it the 11st time and update the theme or plugin if already exists in your install.
Basically, you have to download the zip file of the latest version of Supreme and reinstall it. It will ask you if you want to update the existing theme, select yes.

Looks correct now, but you should really add the location switcher in the menu too.
If someone does a search and select a location, he’ll be stuck again.
