Hi Andrew,
I think Guust misunderstood your question. Please provide admin credentials in a private reply (only moderators can read them) and we will have a look at your settings.
It could be a conflict with another plugin’s script.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Tia,
the biggest problem I see is that you disable the location manager add-on and now all listings are assigned to the default location.
However originally your had multiple locations installed.
Why is that?
Let us know,
Thanks

Hi,
That is because Supreme is a child theme and as such it doesn’t alert for auto updates.
You need to overwrite old files in wp-content/themes or use a plugin like this to upgrade it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Thanks
October 20, 2016 at 9:08 pm in reply to: Add "Verified Badge" to Geodir Category List (Grid) View #288736Hi,
we do not provide this kind of services. You will need to find your own developers for this.
Thank you
October 20, 2016 at 9:05 pm in reply to: Updated Multigatings and reviews now not showing this option #288735Hi,
it looks like you activated an alternative comment system (from Jetpack?) and that takes over comments for all CPT, including listings.
If that’s the case, you will have to disable it.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
1) as far as I know users can only add events to places they own too.
I asked to the developers to confirm and let us know if there is a workaround. (there should be)
2) we can definitely help you make it look better, but changing it to a normal select isn’t something that requires a quick code snippet. That would require a quite long customization.
Developers will let us know asap for question n1 and I asked to check CSS in iOS for that selector.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
you should be able to see your order history and old license key to renew here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/checkout/purchase-history/
The expired license key for your last membership (not the one that was refunded), is 3c45bf319f4fa0b9c44ee5b10612885f
Now you should go to: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership-4-months/
Add the membership to the cart and go to the check out page. In the check out page there is a link: Click to renew an existing license
Click on it and enter your old license key. That should reactivate all your old licenses.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
when 2 listings have an identical address and lat/lon coordinates the markers will inevitably be one on top of the other. Slightly changing the position on the map for one of them 2 is the only way to go.
Thanks
Does it go away if you hit ctrl F5?
Hi,
we will need a link, admin credentials and probably FTP too.
I asked to the developers to follow up.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
yes this is possible:
1st Disable Google address autocomplete? in MultiLocations >> Add listing form settings.
2nd Go to GD >> Place Settings, double click on the address field and enable lat and lon to be visible fields in the add listing form
3rd Insert your listing: fill in all mandatory fields, add any name you want as address and add the Lat and Lon in their respective field. (do not click set address on map).
Save the listing and the map will be pointing to your custom lat and lon.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link, admin credentials and attach the CSV file you are trying to import and we will let you know why it is not working.
Thanks
hi,
you don’t need this step:
Then I used this http://po2mo.net/ to convert the gdbuddypress-en_US.po in gdbuddypress-en_US.mo
When you open a po file with poedit and save any change, it will create/edit a mo file in the same location where the original po file is located.
I have never tried po2mo.com, but I believe that’s the problem.
If you provide FTP credentials I’ll check for you.
Thanks
P.S. the string Listings is not translated in the po file you sent to me…
Hi,
that can only be done with CSS or PHP, if you provide a link and admin credentials we will assist.
Thanks
