    Normally the add listing page would be at:

    http://www.localradar.in/williamsburg/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place

    If you are logged out it should redirect you to the login page http://www.localradar.in/williamsburg/gd-login that is missing too.

    If you provide admin credentials in a private reply I will check your setup.

    hi,

    shortcodes are only meant to be used in the posts and pages content area by default with WordPress. In the regular WP category description it wouldn’t work.

    In widgets by default it doesn’t work as well. You need to activate it with a code snippet.

    I asked to the developers to let us know if it is possible in the category description.

    Hi,

    the input to import from Facebook or Yelp links can be found only in the front end add listing form.

    Hi,

    I believe you can solve the 1st 2 problems running the utility to clear all version numbers in GD >> GD Tools.

    After running it, just reload any dashboard page, that will run the update script and should fix your issue (probably due to skipping one update).

    I don’t know what it is adding the similar post below the content, it must be a 3rd party plugin though,

    you have 24 outdated plugins, almost all GD plugins needs to be updated.

    you probably skipped one version and needed to run the update script again. I cleared all your version numbers via GD Tools, that run the update script again and now everything works.

    Hi,

    it takes a few seconds to translate/edit default text strings via poedit, save the file and upload the mo file via FTP.

    Other than not being that complicated, it’s the correct and only way to do this.

    Hi,

    can you please also update all your add-ons. You are still running version from 2014.

    You’ll have to do that by downloading the ZIP files from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/mkblogic/downloads/

    Then update the add-ons via a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ or extract them on your desktop and update manually via FTP.

    I’m not 100% sure that will solve all problems. But it should put us in the right direction. The problem of updating from such old plugins is that several DB changes have been made, and you probably missed several update scripts, so we may have to update few things manually on your DB.

    Let us know when everything has been updated and we will follow up.
