Hi,
In the console I see 1st a 500 server error. That is causing the footer to not load (which is causing the JS error).
Do you have access to the server error log? If you provide FTP credentials we will have a look and debug this for you.
You could also try to momentarily disable all non GD plugins at once to see if any of them is in conflict with GD.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it seems like this is the css creating the issue.
#mobile-navigation-left ul { margin: 5px 0 10px; }I asked to the developers to find a permanent solution because I think anyone using a 3rd level submenu with whoop will see this problem.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
there is no Features grid/list in the listing details page.
Link please?

that is definitely a problem with the GMaps API key either not create correctly or with APIs not enabled.
Did you follow this guide carefully?https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
Especially point 4:You will need to add two urls here, enter the name of your project and the url of your site, add one as: *.yoursite.com/*
AND one as
yoursite.comand the last part at the bottom of that page regarding enabling APIs.

Thanks
Hi Linda,
please provide admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them) and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
you as an admin can go in the back end and delete your own activity from BuddyPress.
Users cannot hide their activity info. If you don’t want BuddyPress to track your activity, you should disable that BP component.
Thanks
Images should be optimized before uploading them. There is no plugin that will help you with that.
Thanks

Hi,
I have never seen this caused by SSL. I asked to the developers to check and to let us know.
Thanks for your patience,
You are welcome 🙂
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
you still have a very old Location and Payment manager add-ons installed (minimum 9 months old). You probably missed this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/missing-update-notifications/
You’ll need to update them manually via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Once that done, go to GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing and add the keys for the 2 missing add-ons, that way in the future you will see the notifications like for all other add-ons.
Let us know if that works.
Thanks
I know it has been fixed already, Stiofan should release the new version as soon as they are done with testing.
There has been a wee delay.
Thank for your patience.
Please try to add the shortcode through the normal editor, it seems like the page builder is breaking the shortcode.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks
