Hi,
Updating themes and plugins doesn’t delete Menus and I don’t see any menu under Appearance >> Menu.
I see on this cached google page the menu you are referring to: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:JDtFuLLOfhkJ:www.businesscorner.info/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=mx&client=firefox-b-ab
How was that added?
Let us know,
Thanks
I’m setting this as resolved as per: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/social-media-importer-2/
Thanks
Ok thanks for letting us know 🙂
Hi,
I can see what you see only if I hit ctrl F5 on that page for a deep refresh.
If I access it from the only link I’ve found on your website on this page: http://www.letwomensoar.net/iwoaw-certified-women-friendly/ I don’t see any delay. The page loads instantly.
Thanks
September 6, 2016 at 4:16 pm in reply to: Listing details in sidebar missing after upgrade to version 1.6.7 #261173Hi John,
I just tested on our demos and I can’t recreate the problem, would you mind sharing a link and admin credentials in a private reply, so that we can check this directly on your website?

Thanks
Hi,
I see a field for the payment manager in Auto Update / Licensing (see image attached).
Beware that you are using an old version of the core plugin 1.6.3 as opposed to 1.6.7.
The event manager and recaptcha add-on are outdated. The location manager is very very old as it’s still using the old auto update system (at least 8 months old). For the location manager you must update it via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
please try to refresh your API access token. I just tested it on our demo and it works as expected.
If that doesn’t fix it, we will need to have a look at your settings.
Let us know,
Thanks

Hi,
I don’t think that crawlers load maps when visiting a page, they just crawl the code.
In any case, if you go above 25k API calls, you will not get charged automatically. They will probably send you an alert and your maps will stop working until you sign up for a premium plan. In that case you will be charged $0.50 USD for 1,000 additional map loads, up to 100,000 daily extra map loads.
If you don’t want to pay, you can always switch to the Open Street Maps API which is free and i think it will always be.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers, they will let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Is the add-on currently active and at its latest version?
Please provide admin credentials if it is and the license key field still doesn’t show up.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
in the advance search options, edit the settings of the “Search by Distance” as such:
Maximum Search Range : 20
Difference in Search Range : 5Thanks
If you have GeoDirectory installed you don’t need the Google Maps APi Key plugin. The options are included in GeoDirectory.
You need to create an API key via Google Developers console: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
If you follow this tutorial you should be able to fix it.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
credentials are not working either, it redirects to a 403 forbidden page.
Without seeing the backend it’s difficult to tell what’s wrong.
Let us know,
Thanks
