Hi,
1) of which map are we talking about here?
2) Drop down shows CPT not catgeories. Catgeories can only be shown via advance search.
3) Just tested it and it works. Not sure where it is not working for you.
4) I asked to the developers to check and let us know about this one.
5) I’m not sure I understand which preview you are talking about. Only the stars are showing in the listing detail preview page.
6) it depends, what do you want to do exactly?
7) Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
8) The developers will check social importer problem too and let us know.
9) Categories can only be used as a search filter, not a sort option. As soon a you will add at least 1 listing they will appear.
Let us know,
Thanks
@stiofan can you look at point 4 and 8?
Hi Joel,
this are all considered customization. You can follow this tutorial to learn how to style your website by yourself (given that you are charging someone for it) https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Or hire someone to do it for you.
It goes beyond support.
Thank you,
This is a strange one, I suspect lazyload is not working as it should on your website for some reason.
I’ve flagged it for the developers, they will let us know asap.
Thanks

Ok please try changing that to :
.sidebar section.geodir_loginbox { overflow: visible; }This should work.
Thanks for your patience,

Hi,
it worked fine for me.
Please try to clear your browser GeoLocation settings.
Hi,
try to add that in GD >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS.
let us know,
Thanks
Hi Scott,
you can add the GD > popular post view windget for that.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Everything looks good, the only thing to double check is if there are spaces before and/or after the api key in our setting page (when you copy and paste from google it adds them somehow).
If that’s not the problem you may need to enable the APIs from the Google console.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/ (bottom of the page)
Last option could be another plugin creating a conflict. If you provide admin credentials in a private reply I will have a look.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
we can’t login in your facebook account, it would block us out.
Please provide a link of the FB page that you are trying to import.
Thanks
Hi,
please add this to your custom css:
.sidebar .gdf_welcome_login_wrap { overflow: visible; }Let us know if that helped.
@giri the faulty css seems to be coming from Whoop. Just FYI
Any of the add-ons : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/rad4u2/downloads/
