in GD >> Design >> Navigation >> Allow post type to add from frontend you only have 1 CPT selected, so users can only add listing for that CPT (ballot initiative).

This isn’t enough to change how the address looks:

add_filter( 'geodir_show_post_address', 'geodir_change_address_order', 100, 2 );

there should be a function geodir_show_post_address too.

with the Custom Post Type add-on you can easily change the name of each custom post type and create new ones too.

The map is a widget, you just need to go to Appearance >> Widget and remove it from the widget area: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/
