Hi,
that theme doesn’t provide space for the tagline so it’s been removed, if you want to add it back you will need to edit header.php of the child theme.
Menu items are added via Design >> Navigation (for GD items)
Or via Appearance >> Menu (for anything else)
Currently for example suppliers is showing as submenu blow listings.
The about page link you will need to add it via Appearance >> menus.
Let us know if this helped.
Thanks
Hi,
I asked to the developer to let us know if there is an easy way to do this, however we would need to know where you would like to show it exactly?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
you can use the claim listing add-on for that, or you can manually assign a listing to a new user.
The second one is a bit tricky, because you first need to change the user role to author momentarily.
Then you can edit the listing from the back end and at the bottom of the page assign the new user as new listing owner in the “author” section. (if not visible it needs to be enable in screen options – top right corner of the edit screen).
Once the change is done you can change the role back to subscriber. (all this can only be done by an admin)
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Hi,
yes it is feasible, but it would require several CSS changes (we are going beyond support here).
The map widget will only accept values in PX for the height.
Thanks
Hi Alistair,
I’m sorry but both things would require a customization of the system, which is something that goes beyond support.
Thank you,
Hi,
yes in GeoDirectory >> Social Importer >> Post to page
Select : Select Page – DISABLED.
Thanks
I’m sorry, there is not.
It can be overwritten though.
Thanks
In the 1st URL the slash at the end of the domain is missing:
*.yoursite.com/*
You have:
*.swissmallhydro.ch*it should be
*.swissmallhydro.ch/*Please try to correct that, the google maps API shouldn’t be added twice. Once you added it to geoDirectory Enfold shouldn’t need it again.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Matt,
personally I don’t use plugins for Backups as I prefer to do it at the server level with a dedicated script, so I’m not really in a position to suggest anything.
There are plenty of Hosting providers that will include backups in their plan like cloudways, that we recommend: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/
If you prefer a plugin, just make sure it backs up custom DB tables too and not only the default WordPress tables.
Let us know if this helped,
Thanks
You can simply give them author role and give them access to the dashboard in GeoDIrectory >> General.
No need to be admin.
