The add listing page is auto-created yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event or you can use the shortcode for the add listing page in any page you want.

Presumably you copy and pasted the text with the code already formatted around it or one of your plugins is adding that html automatically.
To fix it you should remove all the wrong html from the text editor and find out where it was coming from to prevent this from happening again.
GeoDirectory has nothing to do with it.
