Hi,
as a free user you only have right to support for the free core plugin.
If you have the events calendar, you must have the events add-on installed, which is a premium product.
Please login with the user who purchased the premium product and submit any question about premium products in their own forum, in this case: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/events-plugin/event-addon-support/
Thank you,
Hi,
custom fields can be set to be used with AND or OR operator in search.
If you set to search with AND operator, it will search for venues with :
Layout type : X
and
Capacity: Y
and only return listings that meet both criteria.
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks

I’m not sure what you mean with:
Also, when I use the search widget on the home page and change “categories” nothing happens.
What would you expect to happen?
Thanks
Hi Scamp,
I asked to Stiofan to reply to your suggestions.

Hi,
you just need to add the text widget before the loginbox widget.
If you provide admin credentials I’ll show you an example.
Thanks
Hi,
did you add the mo file in the correct location?
/wp-content/languages/geodirectory/geodirectory-es_MX.mo
Did you change language settings for WordPress in Settings >> General?

Hi,
you can add it via a text widget?

Thanks
Hi,
in that case you should use the location page. It will avoid some confusion. They use the same widget areas.
if you provide a link and admin credentials we will have a look at your settings.
Let us know,
Thanks

Please ask for support to your hosting provider.

Hi,
if you have the payment manager add-on it will take over some of the translation regarding paid listings.
That seems to be the case for your example. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
I asked to Giri to follow up for the second question. i thought he added that as a permanent fix.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
