only regions and cities that have been already entered in your database will appear.

For all other, you just need to type in the name and it will appear. Once entered it will be in the dropdown too.

The plugin ubermenu was adding the Google Maps API (and also fontawesome).

I disabled them for you.

The option could be find in Ubermenu settings > General Settings > Assets.
