Hi,
most of your plugins are outdated. You should try to keep them up to date.
In addition you have … as default location. You must enter a real location or the system will not work correctly.
If you wan to add listings in more than one location, you will need the location manager add-on.
Let us know if updating the other plugins and adding a correct default location fixed the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
no you have to save the .mo files in the right folder to avoid losing them after each update.

Hi,
yes as I told you, GD templates are not chainging when changing Avada Settings.
The only title bar we added is tyhe default. If you want to change it, you will have to apply extra elements to the functions we provide, if you want to hide it, you need to do so with css.
Thanks
that looks correct. Good job! 🙂
HI,
I’m sorry, but I’m no system administrator.
If the VPS is slower than the shared server the VPS is probably not setup correctly and we can’t help you with that.
Let us know how you went.
Thanks

Hi,
the difference in search results from a logged in and logged out user as far as I know can only came from a non compatible caching system.
I asked to the developers to follow up, they let us know asap.
Thanks

@Matthijs
Thanks for sharing that, please follow this doc for theme translation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-themes/
Yes, you need to add a SSL certificate to your website.
Thanks
That would suggest a cache problem.
Do you have any caching plugin or is the site hosted on a wordpress managed plan with built in cache?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
that will not import.
Because of double quotes (which are used as delimiters) part of the content of each column is being moved to the next column, messign up the whole file.
See image attached.
Try to avoid ” and if you can’t use a backslash before them. Like this: ” (that will tell the file that it’s not a delimiter)
Let us know,
Thanks
