That looks correct, if you share a link and wp admin in a private reply we will check what is wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
What Guust explained…Export your listings. You will see a column headed “claimed”.
Enter a zero for not claimed and a 1 for claimed.
The assigned user ID is in the post_author column.Or you can edit 1 by 1 via wp admin, the is claimed checkbox should be between your custom fields. If not, you need to add it via Place settings > custom fields.
Let us know if still not clear.
Thank you
As Kiran said he upgraded feom V1 to V2, the user interface is a bit different, but you’ll be able to do everything you could do with v1 and more. Just need to grt used to it. A developer will che lck what the prpblem is with your map asap.
Thanks for your patience

p.s. you should be opening your own support topics
Locations in GeoDirectory glossary are Cities, Regions and Countries. Thus the Location Manager add-on.
What you call locations, we call listings or places.
I don’t really know if WP All Import has a tool to avoid duplicates.
I’ve asked to developer who built the integration to investigate and let us know.
In the mean time, this could be a question to be asked to WP All Import support too.
Thanks for your patience.
I’m sorry to inform you that this would require a customization.
Nobody ever asked for something like that and we only add feature requests that are very popular across our customers.
A workaround would be to use forwarders from the main email address too all other emails that need to receive the enquiries.
Thank you

I agree it would be better to have a default marker and let you change it if needed than forcing you to create your own from the start.
I attached a Google Maps default marker to add to all your categories to get you started.
1) Yes they can change password and much more.
2) This has to be done manually from within Stripe at the moment. We’ll look into doing it via API, I’m not 100% sure it is possible though.
Thanks
If you want users management, yes UWP is required.
See their listing – yes

UsersWP is free and to use on your directory you don’t need any of the addons.
We are in the process of improving UsersWP UI/UX and making it page builders ready, so that it can be easily customized.
We’ll consider your feedback.
Thank you
You need to install UsersWP (possible via the setup wizard) and configure it.
