selecting another CPT will only mean that you will be searching another CPT.

On supreme we made it that on the featured area the popular catgeories are changing too, but the widget below are not affected.

The choice of leaving it like that or changing it, is all yours.

I’ve fixed your GeoDirectory >> Permalinks.

If you are not using the GD home as your website home page, you have to set the Snooker Coach page as the location page. (GD Home in that case is not used)
