What I’d do is, change the prefix, save and then go to wp Settings > Permalinks and save them again too.

Directory Starter is the Parent theme, without that Supreme will be useless, being a child theme of Directory Starter.

Directory Starter must be isntalled as a theme, not as a plugin.

2) This is probably due to multiple problems in your locations. Please merge all location that have region “all” with the location wit the correct region.

That means you are running old version of the location manager, which should be updated to version 1.4.5 and payment manager which should be updated to version 1.3.8.

If you have problem updating this 2 (the force update plugin was made for them), the best thing to do would be to update them via FTP or using a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/.
