css can’t have anything to do with notification, please install email log plugin and https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ check if the notification are logged, but not sent.

I’m sorry about the css, but that should really be considered custom work. If you need to change anything else to your website style, you should hire a css expert to help you.

Yes with one exception. GDF you have the customization option in the backend within the GDF Options section. Not within GeoDirectory.
