You were able to submit an event and it worked, with the SSL unchanged (godaddy are still faffing and being really unhelpful), so it can’t have been that, surely?
My user has cleared their cache but is still getting the error
Hi, I did add the SSL, but GoDaddy seem to not be applying it correctly. I’ve been back and forth with them on it for weeks now.
I’ve updated the database.

It has!! Thanks Guust. I didn’t realise there was an update to install, as it wasn’t showing up. But it’s sorted it right out – THANK YOU!!
The issue was with the listing which had already been created. I’ve just added in the email address again (which I did several times last night and it kept disappearing) and it’s stayed. The link on the front end listing page is now appearing too so I have no idea what the issue was.
