    Hi Support,

    I have a few questions:

    1) Social Importer doesn’t work
    See screenshot 1, there is coming an error 190.

    2) Automatic updates
    I have set all licence key’s in my wordpress account but the updates are not working, see screenshot nr 2.

    3) installation geo marker cluster
    When i try to isntal the geo marker cluster i get an error, see screenshot 3

    4) Translation words
    We can not find the words “Phone number”, “Your Email” and “Friend Email” in the .po files.
    Where can i translate those words? See screenshot nr 4 and 5.

    5) The visitor can add hotspots to the site but what is the link for the visitor to add an event to my site?

    6) How can we put the city name after the address in the map pointer on the map, see screenshot nr 6 for more info.

    7) Is it possible to have all hotspots/events on the map on the first page and all other pages?
    Like this one for example:
    http://linge.webnproduction.nl/gids/tags/eten-drinken/
    We want to have a complete overview of al hotspots on the map when you click on a tag.

    1. You must have missed a step in the setup somewhere, there is little we can do about that, you will need to carefully step through https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook

    2. Most likely your server is running a very old version of OpenSSL.
    Only your server admin can solve that. Please see:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/error-while-updating-geodirectory-claim-manager/
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/errors-updating-gd-plugins/
    There are several other and all were solved in the same way.

    3. Can you please post your WP admin and FTP details in a private reply.

    4. Have you updated the core language file? I think you are using an older version.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/

    5. Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation
    Adding the link at GD > design > navigation will give you the correct link.

    6. Add this to your CSS:

    .geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"] {
        display: initial;
    }
    .geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"]::after {
      content: " ";
    }
    .geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"]::before {
      content: " ";
    }

    7. The number of listings there is set at WP Settings > reading > Blog pages show at most
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-the-number-of-listings-per-page/

    2. The openSSL is still not right I think.

    3. That does not seem to be the FTP of the same site. None of my changes are taking effect. Please check, and give the correct FTP.

    4. I changed the language file using FTP but it as per #3 the FTP you gave is for another test site I think.

    6. That worked on my test site.

    7. That is not possible, only listings on the page for Listings and Search will show on the map.

    8. I guess your server and WP settings are on a different time?

    9. That is usually not a problem, I’ll get the developers to have a look.

    #6 seems to be fixed?

    #8 probably the server timezone is wrong, please check with your server admin.

    #9 To convert to 24h times please see this post: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/open-sticky-translation-posting/#post-11015

    Thanks,

    Hi Support,
    Thank you very much for your reply!

    1) I don’t know what i am doing wrong by installing the Facebook app and creating the connection with the website. See screenshot 1 and 2. Do you know the step that is missing?

    2 🙂 Thank you, this problem is solved

    3 🙁 Sorry for sending you the wrong information, my apologies!

    4) Thank you for updating my .po file.
    But there are still some words that are not working or missing.
    On this page: http://lingeweb-d-o-t-nl.alvast-online.nl/lingegids/?listing_type=gd_event
    – Country = Land
    – Region = Regio
    – City = Stad
    Below the field time there is this message:
    Enter Business or Listing Timing Information.eg. : 10.00 am to 6 pm every day = Openingstijd voor informatie
    Those words are in the .po file available but the translation is not showing up on the website.

    Also the words: “Listing Preview” when you create a hotspot or event has to change to “Publicatie Preview”

    5 🙂 Was already solved, thank you! 🙂

    6 🙂 Is also solved, thank you!

    7 🙂 Okay thank you for the information

    8 🙂 This one is also solved, Thank you

    9 🙂 Solved, Great!

    I have one new questions and this is the last one:

    1. It seems you missed step 8 of https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/

    Enter your site URL, example: https://site.com ( Make sure it matches your site exactly; if your site uses www, make sure to include it; otherwise make sure to leave it out)

    4. Translate at GD > Event Settings > Custom fields tab > Address
    To change “Listing Preview” to “Publicatie Preview” change the Title of the page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#intro

    1. Try adding the domain instead of the subdomain.

    11. I can see the translation just fine when adding an event or a place. Do you mean the last bits are not added? That is because you are not using the Payment Manager addon.

    12. Have a look in the Advanced Search language file.
