Hi,

the developers have taken a look.

It was because the plugin payment manager has 2 main files geodir_payment_manager.php and geodir_payment_manager-20180702.php, the second of which is not required and is causing the issue. That is why it is showing two plugins in admin but was just one plugin.

We have removed the second, and you can check your other plugins for similar issues. It is not clear what created the file, but, it could have been an attempt at a dated backup, perhaps.

Please install the Email Log plugin from wp.org to make a log of the emails that your site is creating.

There are several possible reasons for the issue you describe.

1. Host blocking – The host may be blocking the email from being sent. In this case you can make alterations to the subject and body, and if that doesn’t work, contact the host to request support.

2. GD not creating the email – unless changes have been made to the plugin files, the function should work, but in rare cases if the email is not listed in the log, we can take a deeper look to identify the issue.

In both cases the log helps everyone understand where the problem is, so, install the log and then try to send an enquiry and let us know what you find iout.

I am trying out your search now. I have enabled the Near autocompleter for you.

Please check your results again by typing ‘phila’ in the near search and choosing a destination.

If you find listings that are in the wrong search results listing location, but whose address is in the ‘right’ location, let us know, but I can’t see that from testing.

You can adjust the near search options at:

Adjust those to see how the UI changes when you search ‘phila’ and let us know what you think.
