Tags (Titles and Meta tags) are not available in CPT Settings, but this is something we are looking at for V2.
For now you could try this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-titles-metas/#titles
That search for ‘north carolina’ is looking for events within the near radius of the center of North Carolina.
Things you can do:
1. Increase default near radius
– Geodirectory – Advanced Search – GEOLOCATION SETTINGS – Default Near Me miles limit (1-200)
2. Provide users with direct links to important listing/location pages (menu or location manager widgets) – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-widgets/
3. Hide the near search – https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/how-to-customize-search-fields/#post-216763Please post to WP Invoicing for support: https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
Are you running another translation plugin?

Featured Image: The 1st image uploaded to the listing gallery is used as the featured image in the parallax hero section at the top of the detail page. The suggested minimum size for Featured image is 1400×788. However we must make sure they are not being resized. Here is the way to setup the recommended settings: go to GD >> Design >> Home and enable: Resize image large size (Use default wordpress media image large size for featured image upload. If unchecked then default geodirectory image large size ( 800×800 ) will be used.) Then go to Setting >> Media and set the large size max width to 1400 (or anything you prefer). That will stop you original image from being resized.
Adjust the settings at:
Geodirectory – Listing Claims – Choose post types for show claim listing link
1. Location switcher
Two Settings
#1 GD>Multilocations>Show location switcher in menu? (YES)
#2 GD>Design>Navigation>Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations: Select the main menu of your site.
Make sure you have selected a menu to be used for your GeoDirectory links at GD > Design > Navigation2. Menu:
Sounds good.
5. New CPT
If it doesn’t need a lot of custom fields, it is easier for users if there is just one CPT, generally speaking.
6. Legend
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#legend
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/7. Widgets
Delete them and add them again.
8. Custom fields
You can drag and drop the fields on the custom fields page to re-order them.

The map can only show one icon for each listing, and that is how the decision is made.
You are asking about the search? Using categories in the search? You can add the field as an advanced search option:

https://geodirectoryexperts.comThanks Dirk!
It is true, lots of really important settings are covered on that page.
That is how the search works. You can read more about it here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/How do you want it to work?
Do you have autocomplete turned on for the search field?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#searchWe would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.
Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

1).Currently my “Sign Up” form is not opening to allow new visitors to register (“Sign In” form is repeating for “Sign Up” purpose)
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#anyone
2). Existing customers are not able to change their passwords
Please have a look at GD > General > General tab > Allow user to see wp-admin area > yes/no
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-general/#general
3).Video code section in the default CPT to be modified to the path of the videos to upload, this will make it user friendly for users.
Users may not access WP Media library for security reasons.
4).Notes/comments/descriptions be added to the videos and photos to make them more meaningful for customers or clients
Can add custom fields: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/#custom
5) Number of videos uploaded by customers to be restricted or more fees for more videos uploaded.
For V1, only one video field is supported, but it is possible to customize by adding an HTML field using the custom fields.
6) Profiles is currently the only tap to enter text, is it possible to add another text tap to name it Products/Services where customers can create list of their products and services ?
It is possible to list these things with UsersWP, our plugin for advanced profiles. https://userswp.io
7) Places: Can this default CPT name be changed to something meaningful like “General Business”?
See: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-place-and-places/
Please provide a link to the page and we will take a look.
