Hello,
I watched your video and inspected the site at mobile resolution.
There is an error from the gmaps api about the touch listener.
https://www.chromestatus.com/features/5093566007214080
I will flag this for the developers to take a look, as it may be there is a setting we can change to avoid triggering the issue.
March 13, 2018 at 10:34 am in reply to: How can I create a child theme of Supreme Directory? #421318You can make a copy of the Child theme and rename it.
If Supreme is updated, then you would need to manually move the changes into your theme.

Have you tried clearing the site cache?
On this page near the bottom there is some discussion about changing the tab order (ie layout) based on the price package:

Hello,
your search URL contains coordinates, which are the ‘center of the map’. The center of Alexandria according to Google has been stored in the site at GD – Multilocations – Manage Locations – Alexandria. You can change that coordinate there.
When the search is performed, it is performed in a radius ‘near’ that coordinate. More about that can be found on this page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/#near
You can export the listings, bulk edit the category, and re-import.
Let us know how it goes
In some themes it is possible to set the size of a particular sidebar, but it is not a particular feature of GD to adjust the layout of the theme.
As Kor points out, the sidebar map that you reference is a ‘special feature’ of the Supreme theme, but it has been recreated in other themes with some customization by the site developer.
Hello,
To add a location switcher on just one or a few pages you can add the Popular Locations widget instead of using the menu option:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-widgets/
depending on the site, it is sometimes only necessary to link to a few of the location pages from the menu, and using custom links.
For example, if a site has two cities, it might have links like:
– Directory (GD Home Link)
– – Add Listing (This can also be created as a custom link)
– – City one (location page custom link)
– – City two (location page custom link)Hello,
in most cases you will want to make that ‘one link’ point to the GD Home page which should be setup with widgets at WP – Appearance – Widgets – GD Home Content
The Home page and Location page are covered in the documentation. They share a layout, and the “Listing” page is used to create the ‘archive’ pages like the category pages – WP – Appearance – Widgets – GD Listing Page
If you need help with setup of your directory you can contact a GD Expert for concierge services. They can help you step by step to achieve your goal of integrating GD into your site so your visitors have a pleasant experience.
We recommend UsersWP, our plugin for user management.

Are you running the code snippets plugin?
If you are, then try disabling the snippets to see if that addresses the issue. When I try to load the wp-admin url you provide I cannot access the site dashboard.
At this time when I hard refresh the site detail page link you provided in Chrome I do not see the error and the map loads fine.
Hello,
please try adjusting the settings for the Design of the Author at GD – Design – Author
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#author
And see more about setup of Supreme here:
A new location with listings will show on the map when listings have been added to that area of the map.
Let us know if you are still unable to add listings in that area.
Hello Michael,
you can add custom styles to your directory using CSS. Here’s an article about how to create and add CSS using the settings at GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
If you need help with creating custom CSS, you can find a GD Expert that you can hire to make your site meet your expectations here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com/
We can help you with identifying settings or CSS to hide specific features. Just let us know what you are trying to achieve.
It is unfortunately not possible with GD to have a different WordPress theme on just the GD pages. Instead you can create and add custom CSS to make the pages look more like the rest of your site.
