I added a listing to have an example to work with, and set disabled access with the required package.
I then searched for it using the term “poi” and the category plus the custom disabled access field filter.
I get a set of 1076 and it is shown on the results page.
Disabled access is not your default sort, so those listings won’t automatically show high to low, and they wont be the only search results, even if the field is checked because the search function itself will bring in many more results (with the idea being to serve visitors with search results, for relevance etc).

if you include the location slug in the URL, then each location already has a page. You can link directly to these location pages. Then you can use logic to display certain widgets on those pages, or make more use of location SEO.

If you can get your data into CSV, you can directly import them using the core import:
GD is not compatible with Endurance cache. Please disable it to allow GD to work.

I was able to recreate the issue by seeing that, when I added a value to the Online Bid field, the preview page became blank.
Flagging this for the developers to take a look.
