I must be misunderstanding something.
If you want us to check on something, then enable the GD plugins and tell us where to look for the problem. Right now GD is not enabled on that site.

GeoDirectory is not enabled on that site. GeoDirectory will not forcibly override other plugin settings with regard hiding the Admin dash, so please check those other plugins for their settings, too.

your Google API key is not working. Please get a new one. The console error says your site (referrer) is not allowed, which means you have not authorized the use of the key on this site.
If you click the button to get a new key, it will be setup for you automatically in a way that works for the set.

we recommend markers that are smaller than 50×50, but you can use whatever size works for you.
The markers appear on the map at exactly the original size, and CSS cannot be used to resize them without customization.
These markers are used widely and are generally a good size to use, plus the site has a feature to allow you to change the colors.

I don’t think that’s possible, but I will flag it for the developers in case they have a second opinion.
You have hidden the categories, yes, and yet you seem to have set the category to still be included as part of our URL. However, that category page is 404.
You may need to resave WP Permalinks to restore that page, or maybe that is what you wanted, for the category/location page not to exist?

Perhaps, once your group listings have been added, you can activate a special package for them, upgrade them all, the deactivate the package. The package will still be applied to their listings, but not available to others.
You can change the featured image as you like by replacing the image but it may get changed back with an update to the plugin. Most text can be changed within the plugin or via translation of the plugin text.
