I see you don’t have any forever free packages. If you want a listing to be free forever, you will need to create a package for that.
To ‘rename’ is a great use for translation.
Other changes would require a customization.
The first set is part of the theme.
You can use this in place of the gd_single_tabs to show the tab content without creating a duplicate tab.

You can use a category as a building name to get that kind of result.
Or a tag.A category can be in the URL. I think a category would suit.

You tried dragging the category from the sheet into the Category field?

You can ask the X PRO support about how can we prevent link with hash tag to be redirected instead of the scroll on the same page or you can use a JS which can force redirect to the URL on click of link.
